How is it? I have played and beaten the third one, and the first, and absolutely loved the third, but was utterly disappointed with the first. It had an OK story at first, but the battle system was boring, there was no variety of monsters, no side quests like at all, the story was boring and short, and just an overall bad game. I wasn't expecting that when i got it. I was hoping something old, yet fun. I wasn't expecting third game quality, but better than what I got.

So in the second version, what's it like? Is it long? Does it improve on any of the things I mentioned above? Is it worth the $25?

All I can say that this game is four times longer than the first one. And did you know you can pair up characters? In the first one you couldn't pair them up. Well, I GUESS the quality is high.
