Hi everyone,

I thought we might as well give this a shot.

This forum is intended for discussion of HD (High Definition) gaming and home theater, the latter of which is a big hobby of mine.

The focus here is on the hardware, setup, and understanding as well as appreciation of HD enabled games and other media.

Discussions such as HTPCs, LCD vs Plasma, 720p vs 1080p, the Xbox 360's component vs VGA out vs HDMI, overscan, underscan, remote controls, and anything like that are absolutely what we're looking at encouraging here.

Nice idea of making this forum, Redemption. I hope it prospers.

And for my introduction, my username is Oceanic Sun, but you may call me Izuma, Lindsey, or Jaron ((I have various nicknames)). I should be getting an HD television soon, so you may see me around again.

Edit: Just did some checking, and my new TV is an HDTV. Everyone will be seeing me around again.

Hello everyone! As is obvious I'm Enhance and fortunately I am a fellow home theater fan and luckily I have parents that share my hobby.

So yea, the forum covers an ever growing discussion in our lives and hopefully we can grow this place up.

I hope this forum prospers, as I too am a fan of Home Theaters (Have one in my room, Christmas), and HD gaming.

I like high-def video and home theater. The only problem is I dont even have a HD-tv yet. I'm going to be moving (to mississippi) this summer, and when we do that me and my dad are going to go out and buy 2 new HD TV's, so that will be fun. Everytime I go to best buy, I always have to check out their HD-TV's

I'll be sticking around this forum.
