PROBLEM IN STARTING. PLEASE HELP.

I have installed GRANDIA II PC On my laptop. And my laptop has passed the requirements, but when I start it, I see the UBISOFT LOGO THEN GAME ARTS LOGO AND THEN it gets closed. Please Help, I really want play this.
