For me, it is Kendra, she killed Kyne and she knew that Nicole was dead the whole time, and she just used Isaac.
I am glad the Hive Mind killed her, she totally deserved it.

Who is your most hated character or enemy?

Same here. Once I finally saw her getting mauled by the hive queen, it was just total ownage. I thought it was absolutely great.

My most hated enemy is definatly the regenerator...for obvious reasons...the main one being that it won't die, i knew it would come back when she says "I hope we don't meet another one of those", or something...stupid lady... or the fat guys just because they're fat i'm not sure. My most hated chracter is that weird guy who stabs the crew member in the face

regenerater. everything i am running away from it i get this feel of adreniline(total misspell i am sure) but is a damn good feel for a horror game

i have no trouble with the regenerators, or the fatbelly spawners, its the things on the walls that shoot out egg-tenicles. they give me more trouble than anything else so far in the game

Twitchers. They're almost guaranteed to get a free hit on you before you can kill them, and one free hit means alot on Impossible.

I hate those Leaper bastards, something about the razor sharp tails. Although on my second play through I've discovered that the reaper turns them into chopped meat quick smart. Nice

Ahhh, the lurkers? The guys that jump at your face and attack you? Yeah I hate them too.. And I kinda hate the guys with the exploding things on their arms because they sneak up on me and blow me to pieces. I love the adrenaline of being chased by a regenerator or a brute. Its an awesome feeling I think

I had a love/hate feeling towards the brutes. I loved and hated to fight them. Hate them because they were though, loved them because each battle was truly a battle to the death. My own adrenaline meter would go up the charters

i absolutely HATE the Guardians (the necromorphs that stay on the wall and shoot those fetus tentacle things at you) no matter what difficulty i'm on, they always give me a crap load of trouble. they're so annoying.

just completed the game on all difficulties and i have to say the little bug things that leep all over you and you have too shake them off, its *bleep*ing annoying...and the baby's are really annoying i call them little ammo wastes from hell part 2the part1 are brutes

I hate that big regenerating thing that pissed me off so much. I also hate them guys on the wall that shoot things at you because its not the guy that kills me its always them little things that shoot out
