I've completed the first five worlds (so far) and I'll check in often to offer advice if you need it. I'll reply to threads other than the ones I've started - which you may not want to use, since they could end up containing answers that you want to figure out for yourself without any help.

Update to the above: collected all the hearts on Xbox. Just found it for Gamecube and couldn't resist; I'm playing it on Wii and I'm going to do all the hearts again. Great memories to relive.
