	new to the game as used to play championship manager, tried playin it with sunderland nothin seems to work tactical wise and need help with training plz thanx.

	Well first mistake is playing as the Mackems Second, what players you got? I find that playing a 4-5-1 formation with the following works well, assuming the players are capable of playing to the tactics I set up:- GK CB CB RB LB CM – with an arrow pointing backwards and defensive midfielder template set CM AMC AML AMR CF – a fast striker with pace of at least 15 Prince
