Can someone help? I have Conflict Desert Storm II and Conflict Vietnam which had been played so much the CDs broke. Problem is, since I bought new CDs I can't play them because the old installation doesn't recognise the new CD. I'v tried to uninstall the original installation, but it just won't uninstall. I've even gone as far as to delete every reference to all of these games, including Global Storm which works a treat on my PC. Cleared all the SCI folders from the registry and tried reinstalling from what should be a clean slate, but nothing works.

I also upgraded my graphics card soon after this problem occurred as someone told me it could be that my graphics card was out of date, but I still get the problem.

Any suggestions? I'm a the point of throwing the lot in the bin!
Currently using Windows XP with sp 2.
