I would like to keep it in the modern era because as it was said before...they made 5 games set in WWII why not make another one or maybe two more set in the present. I would also think that a COD game set in the future would be amazing. Like in year 2040 or something.

I'd prefer it modern, mostly because of the weapon attachments, but I'm not too fussed about the WWII. Tbh

keep it modern but instead of the middle east it should be set in the united states, and more weapons.

I think it should make a new Modern one, but I think the plot and the characters should be Unique, instead of the obvious, good guys Vs the Terrorists, instead they should try a different concept, that's if you know what I'm talking about.

Weapons, Future would not be suited, modern weapons are fine, which brings me to say I don't know why they included the MP44.

Maybe base it near the UK, that'd be awesome.

I just hope it doesnt go futuristic with laser guns and stuff like that, that would pee me off or fighting aliens or something. Apart from that i'm not really bothered

I dont mind the WW II based games, the storylines arent the best, but neither was COD4's either, for me the online will be great, although i prefer modern format guns, maps etc...it may prove good with the layout of maps

Atleast where getting a new COD game, lets wait for previews, reviews and see how it sounds, then we can jump to conclusions

I would happily stick with Modern for the rest of the COD series, as COD4 was an excellent game, the levels, most are great, some not so good. I think there trying to mix it up and trying to get out of countries that have been involved with in the past with COD games
