Yeah i think you can. I know you can definetly use a mouse for MGS4 and you can also get a little keyboard that plugs into your controller

Yes you can use a keyboard and mouse but I have not tried a mouse yet but I am pretty sure it would work.

Both can be used, as long as they're USB. I use a keyboard for messages, it makes things a lot easier.
