OMG COD5 is a great game but for some reason i don't find the online play as addicting as COD4 .

quote CONNORBWFC+1 It's still awesome though. As i've said before, its a different experience for us seeing as we played CoD4, there's nothing much new now, we know what to expect. When i first played CoD4, i was blown away. I was amazed. Now, its still the same as CoD4, so obviously i'm not going to be as impressed. Its like an add-on for CoD4 really, which takes it back into WWII times. One thing i miss about CoD4 though is that all the maps were so much clearer than the ones on CoD5. Its much more pleasant to play ------------------- ![]() ~ Fit to Burn ~

I agree about the maps being unclear. The amount of times I've just missed someone and ran straight past easy kills is ridiculous. ![]() ------------------- ![]() I cut open my iPod, to see where the music lives.

It happens in every Forum; there isn't that much that can be done
Anywayy, I'm back! I haven't been online since Friday because my telecommunications cord was torn out of the ground when the next door neighbours' were digging! Which means I had the most boring weekend I have had in a long time; no home phone, no internet and I had no phone credit which meant I had no contact with the outside life... Edit: Ermm...Isn't there already a General Discussion Thread made a fair while ago? ------------------- You're a moofty, tbh. The Createst Job on the Earth

To be fair this is GD and that is on-topic GD, it might not be much difference to you but the two to me are entirely two different threads.

quote Zuke I agree with Zuke. We should keep the more active, and general thread for us to talk in, and the other to discuss WaW. ![]() ------------------- ![]() I cut open my iPod, to see where the music lives.

When I was at a mates house playing this game, I got lost. WITH A MAP. XD
Im only good at hiding and killing. If you have me in your clan, never give me a map. SO Yeah... Um, COD5 and WaW are completely different, are they not?

Yeah apparently so. Technically this is not CoD5, its Call of Duty: World at War, and Infinity Ward are going to be working on Call of Duty 5
What do you mean you got lost with a map? ------------------- ![]() ~ Fit to Burn ~

I think he means he can't locate people, even with the map. That's kind of stupid there Arun. I can't wait for the first gameplay footage of CoD5 though, anyone else as excited as me? ![]() ------------------- ![]() I cut open my iPod, to see where the music lives.

I have played. And I'm getting. But I'd still get this one as well, because it's made by infinity ward. ![]() ------------------- ![]() I cut open my iPod, to see where the music lives.

I'm guessing CoD5 will be set in modern times, seeing as how the last CoD4 was in modern times
