Okay, I have a standard DSL connection, my settings are at "high" and I just entered my third level prestige.

Sometimes I'll own the match with 30 plus kills, but very rarely. Mostly I end up with about 15-20, and I just played several matches and on one of them I got THREE. Yes, three. I was owned. Again.

How is it that players consistently get high scores on this game? I've seen players that always get massive kills, and many times I can't even get a foothold! I'm dead as soon as I respawn! I only play on the Xbox 360, but I'm amazed at how good people are...there is no way in hell I could hold a candle to these players!

Is it that I don't have a faster connection? Maybe I just suck, and that's okay, but that's why I'm posting...what do I do to get better? Any suggestions? I use all the weapons and have certain classes, but I hate the rifles because they steal the whole field of vision.

TBH no-one will ever consistentley get a high amount of kills in every game they play, it might look like they do if they get a good streak of about 30 kills a game for several games but like all good things that must come to an end. It all depends who you are against and what weapons you use.

for example in one match, i'd just started 6th prestige, i was with people who hadn't prestiged once. Team deathmatch i got 35 kills and about 7 deaths, and then continued to kick ass until i left the lobby for a few minutes and came back, joined a new lobby and got ass raped by better players. Those players in the first lobby thought i must have been some awesome COD player, well compared to them i am, but against other players i may not be.

If you want a good class for kills use MP40, dual mags and juggs and steady aim. I don't use that myself as i have some self-respect but many "good" players use that.

P.S 15-20 kills a match is a decent score for team deathmatch.

I don't think its YOUR connection but it might be anothers.In most games i play its like no child left behind with the connection,It sounds like a good idea but you gotta move at the rate of the slowest person in class thus stunting other peoples abilities 2 succeed in life/game.

This was a good metaphor in my opinion.

No i have the same connection as you and im a beast. Play some search and destroy that how i got real good

Both 1-3 are amazing if you have a fast trigger finger

I see box mag Carbine's as kinda pointless. Use an aperture sight on it and you will rape, trust me. Always use dead silence though. Probably the best perk in the game.

Yeah I know. I to have a fast finger. I get hate messages every day for it, but I still don't see the need in the box mag because the iron sight is horrible and the aperture just makes it a whole load better IMO. But that's just you're opinion I guess.

But he didn't mention anything about mp40

How about this,Start using guns your horrible with until you r o.k with them then switch back to guns your good with and in comparison you will seem better.
Or just get some friends who r really good then play with them until you can get at least a 3/4 K/D spread against them.
I prefer the4 first method cause it feels like your better even though you aren't rlly(unless you getting better with every weapon getting better at playing)
