Well I finally got the game
 I played it and honestly . . . was sad at the length! I was shocked too, because the first game took quite a while for myself and my cousin to play through. However, with me playing this one, I played some Saturday Night, played some Sunday Night, and finished it Monday night! 3 nights?! Am I missing something about the game? Or am I just remembering the last one incorrectly and this is about the same length? What does everyone feel about the length? (And the ending . . . AH! What kind of an ending IS THAT?! I'd say its about the same length as the first.
The real longevity comes from the Cooperative and Competitive modes and getting all the trophies and Intel. Theoretically their is 300 hours of play time there. ------------------- | |

I kinda stopped after I got to a certain point in chicago, Im playing it on hard, and ever since I stopped I just play online and its pretty satisfying.
This game is pretty short from what I hear though. -------------------  | |

what's bad about the ending? i liked it, although its sort of a mega cliff hanger, but not as bad as halo 2....

It took me longer to beat the first one for sure, but this game has trophies and co-op and a whole bunch of other stuff that the first one didn't have. So it is a great game in my prospective. -------------------  | |

I'd definitely say that the first was TONS longer storywise... I just think that FoM just seemed to have more variety of events and the like so yeah... definitely shorter, but by no means less fun.

1st game = better campaign
2nd game = better multiplayer ------------------- You can take games out of my life, but you can't take my life out of games.

Hence why I hate Multiplayer... it's always all about the Campaign and SP Story. That said, Multiplayer for this game was enough to keep me going, I did actually have quite abit of fun playing it...
