good idea fenriz now we just need a mod to keep the drama down.

does anyone think that they should of kept some of the moves and hiding you tracks after a stealth kill? at first i didn't know that they took out that feature so i tried for like 10 minute just trying pick up the body and hide it.

Yeah i wish they kept the hide body moves from Tenchu 2, that would help me out alot. But I think the addition of the cling to roof move was a nice trade off, besides the stealth hide was a bit of a pain depending on where the enemy was killed.

i suppose you can always do the grabbing move and hide it that way but it's so freaken hard(kinda). you'll just lose a certain amount of blood that way. 2 or 3 ounce of blood lost isn't a biggy.

I like your style Dark. Whats a little blood between assassins, nothing as long as your the one standing afterwards.
The only other thing i kind of miss is the ability to sheath your weapon. It was kinda pointless but I just thought it was cool.

yeah you know, losing two ounces of blood is nothing, actually its good for you

this place doesnt need a mod yet, section ones can clean out the duplicate threads i guess

In Tenchu 2 you had the ability to sheath your weapons for Ayame and Rikimaru.(put the main weapon away so your hands are free) You double tapped the stealth button to do it. It was good because you could move faster and easier when your weapon was in its sheath. Problem was that if you got attacked while you weapon is sheathed you die as if you got hit with a stealth attack.

I think thats how the stealth kill works on all tenchu games right? Long as the enemy hasn't readied their weapon you can get a one hit kill.

wow amazing all this and i forgot all about that feature. it didn't really bother me that they took it out because i didn't use it at all. it gave you more speed as of movement otherwise there is no point in having it. i guess if they were leaning towards make the game really realistic then i guess it'll be cool to have it.

I really missed the weapon sheathing. YOu could move sooo much faster with the weapon put away, and it looked more realistic, only pulling your sword when you were ready to end someone violently.

I liked the body hiding as well, sadly it didnt make the cut this time. Nor did the breathing through the reed underwater, that was cool too.

And how about the level creator? I had a lot of fun with that thing too! Id build a level, and guard layout, and then hand the controller over to my friend to see how he handled the level, having not seen any of it before. It was great.

No kidding, the graphics on this game were way better than tenchu 1 and 2 but they seem to have taken away some of the simple pleasures of the game. Like everyone has been saying the sheath ur weapon, and drag bodies. But also the gore has gone down. You cant slice off the arms or legs, or even mutalate the body after its dead.... The flow of the game tho was pretty cool and the music went pretty well with the game except the boss music, after a while it sounded like it was glitched with the whole repeating thing.

you just jump off a roof and hit [] right as you're on top of your prey and you'll get a stealth animation.
