Cant remember for sure how to do it, but i think you have to jump and then hold O.
I know you have to do that for definite, im just not sure on whether you have to jump in a certain way or not. Try it anyway. -------------------  ~ Fit to Burn ~ | |

To make Lara perform a swan dive you must tap X and quickly tap O.
There is no certain way how she should jump. (: | |
