Got Critical Error during play

hi
Can any one plz help me to make out from critical error..
when ever i start palying UT2003 a critical error appers and game is closed i hv a good hardware configuration but dont know why it appears...
The Error msg is:-
UT2003 Build UT2003_Build_[2002-09-19_17.26]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 2102 MHz with 1918MB RAM
Video: ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 (6666)

Negative delta time!

History: UGameEngine::Tick <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop



i hv reinstalled the game but no improvement...it(Critical Errror) happens any where during the play...
