Okay, I just started playing the game and started with Single and stranded. Everything was going fine till it came time to cook my freshly caught fish. I found the sticks to make spears, and have over 100 food supplies but My Sim still seems to have an issue with cooking the fish. He has the fire pit and can light the fire without a problem, but every time I tell him to have lunch he gets a frustrated thought bubble with what looks like leaves or sparks in it. Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

That means he is having trouble accessing the fire, try placing it on flatter ground.

I moved my campfire and everything worked out. But now my Sim is poisoned by the Idol and it isn't registering that I actually replaced the third eye.

Is your new goal telling you to find a cure? If so head to the next area and a new path will open.

No, I got stuck by some glitch. I just restarted my game. Thanks for the help though.

have you tried clicking on a shallow part of water and choosing spear fish then keep spearing till you caught about 5?
