Serial Problem For Online Play

Hi,

I purchased Command and Conquer Deluse Editon from play.com and it will not work online. Whenever i create or login it says my serial is incorrect please try a new one. It doesn't tell me how to do this however. Also when i go on zero hour online it will let me play but i want to play on the original Generals online. Anyone have a solution?
