Oichi's C4 was the bomb. Imagine her SW2 C4 ended by her C8 XD
Her moveset in SW2 is pretty much new, most of her cool charges disapeared... People like Hideyoshi kept 80% of their moveset even though they went from Charge to Normal type.

Nice C4! I thought her WO one was lacking a bit but with that nice Da Qiao style jumpy thing it'd be brilliant Yeah Hideyoshi's charges to seem to have many hits to them, making him better than most others - he one of my favs though

Having played niether I couldn't really say...I've just watched the intro of Basara - it does look hilarious but I think my more serious side tells me to put the regular SW over it

Hmm I prefer the three kingdoms history...but then that's because I'm much more familiar with it than the Sengoku I think I would still prefer though anyway - firearms put me off the Sengoku

Hanzo Hattori - He's a ninja. Also because I just like everything about him better.

Zhang Jiao vs. Pang Tong.

Pang Tong - I'm not sure I could put anyone below Zhang Jiao (except perhaps Xing Cai) just due to his moveset being by far the worst in the game IMO - Pang Tongs quite fun to play as jumping around everywhere

Xiao Qiao - cuter + a way better moveset - somebody I found to have improved quite a bit from DW - note to Sleva: I based Oichi on her SW2 style here

Taishi Ci or Wei Yan?

Taishi Ci - hes way more fun to play as.. although, I'll admit I havent tried Wei Yan in WO yet. But Taishi is better in DW5 anyway
