Hmm, Ling Tong is very speedy, which could come in handy, and Hideyoshi is a very good crowd clearer. He also has one heck of a buff...I'd say Hideyoshi, since he can just make himself speedy.

Da Qiao vs. Xiao Qiao

Da Qiao for me although in WO I'd put them about equal...until WO however I've prefered Da, especially in DW3 so I'll go with her

Xu Huang vs Guan Yu?

Hmm, well, if you do [] [], and then R1, it could wipe out a whole crowd easily, as well as do heavy damage on officers. Guan Yu has his special which makes him fast and can also clear out a whole crowd. I'd say Xu Huang, although it would only be a slight advantage.

Zuo Ci vs. Kanetsugu Naoe, battle of the cards.

I'll go with Zuo Ci - His speedy R1 is handy and his charges are pretty good + it's always interesting the way that he just chooses to randomly turn up

Shu or Wu? (in WO terms of course)

I'd say Wu story was much better in WO.

Hmm, well, both of them are trying to rescue their leaders...Wu rescuing Sun Jian, Shu rescuing Liu Bei. I'd say Wu, this is the only time though, because at least their storyline revolves more around other stuff, than only rescuing their leaders. Shu's whole storyline revolves around rescuing Liu Bei.
