And you are forgetting the likes of Keiji Maeda, Katsuie Shibata, Ranmaru Mori, Mitsuhide Akechi, Toshiee Maeda, Hideyoshi Toyotomi, Mitsunari Ishida (He serves the Toyotomi, but the Toyotomi serve the Oda, so he is essentially the Oda as well), Ieyasu Tokugawa (Allies, but they were essentially one army, since they never fought with each other), Tadakatsu Honda (In legion of Tokugawa, that means serves the Oda as well), Ina (Same as Tadakatsu), Hanzo Hattori (Same as Tadakatsu and Ina) and Noh, even if she didn't fight, she sure would do anything for Nobunaga.

Wei vs. Oda, hmm... The people who are "DW" biased, that means nothing when it comes to actual history. Nobunaga's sheer relentless style of attacks and his ablity to predict outcomes before they even happen, he would have lead a great army and would have dominated all of Japan, if it weren't for Mitsuhide. In the game, so what? The game doesn't even follow the actual history. Ranmaru was never a cross-hybrid between man and woman, and Hideyoshi...though he does act like a monkey, at points, he certainly did not look like one. Nobunaga's influence, made many people surrender to him and that's why he was so great. Wei might have a lot of fierce warriors and several of the brilliant strategists, but so does the Oda. The Oda subdued one fief, after another. Even if Wei had a vast army, so does the Oda. So what if they had a traitor? You are forgetting to put into account how the Oda was before the Incident at Honnoji. Mitsuhide was one of the Oda's most brilliant generals, in terms of swordsmanship. Plus, the Oda has better technology than that of Wei. Muskets, better weapons, siege weapons, etc. Cao Cao and Nobunaga I would say have the same level of cunning. So, I definitely say the Oda will win.

Very interesting. Well I know very little about SW and the Oda forces, but it seems to me that Koei made alot of characters from SW and DW alike (might just be stating the obvious but there you go).
I don't think its fair to say that one warrior from one army is better than a warrior in another because its impossible to tell.
One theory that I've always been interested in is that the more technology man has created, the more he devolves because he's relying on this new technology, I think the same could apply here, as Nobunaga's time was hundreds of years after Cao Cao's. Some warriors of Nobunaga's forces could be relying on guns & musketts and Cao Cao would try to think of a way to use that to his advantage.
However, I'm not voting, for obvious reasons, this is just a result of my curiosity.

So, Cao Cao is the winner or Nobunaga? I don't know, cuz Singe make me confuse. I think it's Cao Cao.

I'm voting Cao Cao, as I think he is very all-rounded in the games, has a good sense of humor at times, and most of the time was a good leader to everyone else in Wei, even though he did have his bad times, he was usually good.

Nobunaga was awfully herfed in SW2 because of his special type. TT_TT probably because he was so super over powered in the original game...
In therms of moveset and story plot I think that Nobunaga is superious. Cao Cao is just a downside version of Lu Bu.

I have played all the SW games.... So I'm not really biased... I enjoy the SW games... much better than DW... I just like Cao Cao and his officers more than Nobunaga.

That's why I said most people.

But in actual history Zhang He was not like the way he was. He was a very good leader. As was many other NPC's in his army. There are only a few from Oda's NPC's that were great. But Cao Cao had amassive array of great a brilliant men/women to fight for him. and Cao Cao's sons actually did something for their kingdom unlike Oda's sons who utterly failed miserably. Causing A different person to rule. It was until the sons of Cao Cao's sons that caused the fall of Wei.
