Kind of dumb making an opinion, just because you are biased. You don't even know what Nobunaga is like, so you immdediatly say Cao Cao. Bah, I laugh at the biasedness of most of the people in this forum.

Well I started playing DW games when I was 8 (starting with the very 1st) since I got DW3 a couple of years back (probably like 2 or 3 years) I've been obsessed with it, I'd heard of SW but didn't think much of it, no idea why, and I saw a pic of Nobunaga & I thought they'd included Cao Cao in the game lol. When I got WO I loved it so much I was motivated to get SW2. It's only natural that I'd be a bit biased, but I honestly have no idea who would win.

Cao Cao seems to be able to quickly pick himself up from difficult situations, but I think he was defeated more times than Nobunaga.

Gotta agree though, Nobunaga seems more in control of what he's doing in SW2, even in his final moments he shows no signs of fear.

I've got all the SW games save SW2:XL, so I can make a good judgement on who I prefer. Nobunaga was pretty good in history, it's just that his moveset's poor in SW2 and Cao Cao is really good in DW6, that's why I prefer him.

Nobunaga I prefer as a singular person to Cao Cao - Cao annoys me and I don't like his moveset much but as it's a battle of the forces, I've stuck with Wei due to large number of talented officers - true I'm biased but I can still judge Nobunaga a bit from WO?

No, because WO brought people down and doesn't show everyone how they really are. Once you go and play SW1/2, I won't call you biased.

Yah I know - very true I'm on the lookout for SW2 in shops...has to be second hand not being new...no luck yet, but yep I crave knowledge and experience with the SW characters now I still don't think it will compare to DW for me but it'd still be nice to actually play...

Hmm yah I would gladly get SW or SW2 but it's just that I already sorta know that characters as they are in number 2 from WO + the larger playable character range appeals If I find SW I will however get that too Nobunaga's sounding good...moveset-wise though I thought he was one of WO's best anyways

That moveset isn't like that in SW2. If you check his "Move List" you'll see that he's "Special" type. But even so he's got three charges as in SW1.
These additional charges needs 10 seconds of blade charging to be avalable for use. (R1 special + Triangle x 3)
The blade boost only lasts for 15 seconds though. They had to decrease Nobunaga in SW2, or else he would have been to good.

Shame what they did to Noh BTW TT_TT I loved her original moveset, but after they removed the last charges she just turned into suckiness. Her R1 specials in SW2 was the only thing that made up for her moveset lacking. Her STTT had a shockwave in the end, and her SSTTT had a bomb throw in the end. Her SSTTT had an extra spin.

There are some striking parallels between DW & SW, its like Nobunaga seems to be a more toned up version of Cao Cao, Yukimura is a more toned down version of Zhao Yun, Nagamasa & Ma Chao both seem to value honor the same (except Nagamasa values his love too).

I prefer Nobunaga's moveset, he seems to have one of the best movesets out of the rulers in the whole WO universe (only exceded by Toyotomi Hideyoshi IMO)

I don't really see Yukimura and Zhao Yun that much alike. Yukimura fits more together with Jiang Wei and Ma Chao in my opinion. Nagamasa is very loving and a very alerted character, but there is some similiarities. Nobunaga isn't much alike Cao Cao really. Cao Cao insults and looks at him self as better as everybody else. Nobunaga has this thing going that he seems quite emotionless and seems to be a step infront of everyone. He's also a masterous phsycologist XD. Like "What is it that you really want Magoichi" or "What do you seek Mitsuhide?"
