The clones and the demon started by launching a full assault towards Mystic. Mystic dodged to one side to one side carefully dodging the terrifying demons.Heh fool do you really think you can keep up with me?,the demon shouted. Art had to take action. He ran full speed attacking all the clones until there were one left. You have underestimated me, fools. the demon cried. He ran with full strength and speed. The trio was in trouble.

Just then a massive earthquake shook the land. This was no normal earthquake, it couldn't have been natural. Something with immense power created it.

I could sense the worry in Ma Chao's voice.

It would seem the sacred weapons of hell guarded by Koza have been found.

Wait. Three questions, who is Koza, what weapons and who found them?

Koza is the God of the Underworld. The weapons are tools of great power, I am not sure who has found them, but whoever they are they have great power and now control even more immense strength.

Looks like we need 5rings' help now more than ever. What are your plans now Kotaro?

I will not be satisfied until I have witnessed you at the peak of your power. I will fight alongside you, in the hopes you face an opponent you can use your fullest potential on.

I looked out at the landscape as the earthquake began and found myself standing up, looking around wildly. When it ended, i looked down and sat back down in my chair in the audience room where all of my key advisors were, discussing plans. They all felt it too and looked at me expectedly.

"It seems Syn has finally given us a signal that he is indeed just waiting." i said, looking into the eyes of my various officers, hoping that they would not abandon. "That earthquake was not an earthquake. it was a pulse from our demonic friend as he drank the elixer in the underworld."

Being a god had its advantages. I had been told by the council of the most high that Syn, The God Of Death, had defeated Koza in single combat, and had walked into the Dark Dimension. I immediately called my council and waited for the sign. Now it had come...

"So what are we up against here?" asked musashi, blunt as always.

"Well my old friend. Syn has grown roughly ten times as strong as before. he may now know spells and incantations in which we could not begin to describe. He might also look even uglier!" i said, laughing silently.

"Sire, i hope you don't mind, but why are you giggling?" asked Masashige.

"Because it was funny to me my pupil." i answered, smiling at him.

"Yes Sire," said masashige, falling silent.

I looked around the room, and many of the officers looked excited, but many more looked worried. I stood up and addressed them all.

"Do you trust me?" i asked, looking from eye to eye.

all at once all fifty of my officers replied "Yes My Lord" but Noboru's, my supposed brother's was the loudest. I looked at him and smiled.

"Good"
"Lord, you hae the largest force in the land, and we will get even more for our cause, so i do not worry at all."
"Are you sure of this my brother?" i asked him softly, enjoying his loyalty
"Yes... my lord" came the reply, just as softly.
"Well now that we have witnessed this, i'm sure Lord Gary will want to find us even more and make camp here. I shall at once send one hundred and fifty scouts to search for them. Secondly, i am going to accelerate the training with my fifty. within the next three or four days, we shall have 51 Elemental Angels in our ranks. they will not take your posts my dear vassals, they are to be a rogue group on the battle field, and are only to answer to me. do not make the mistake that you can control them. No one is to know this but you, my officers. am i clear?"

"Yes SIR!"

"Good"

"Thirdly, I am going to commision all of you as generals of at least twenty thousand men. treat every man in your 20,000 as if you only had 500. that is my rule, so please do not break it."
"Fourthly, I am a god, yes. but i am still your friend and i will not tolerate groveling or any praising. I am Fu Ji Ren-Noh-Cai, but i was first 5Rings Takinaka. Please address me as Fu Ji Ren or Ren-Noh-Cai."
"And lastly, and most important. [i]Lord Spear Master, Lord Artirtico, Lord Lu Xun, and Lady Mystic are considered above all of us. even me.[/i] They are my personal friends and they will be saved before i am saved on the battlefield. They give us their services of their own free will. They are precious and must not perish."

I looked at all of them, from face to face, ad knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they would fight for me, till the end.

"Actually this is lastly. i might as well share with you. Kinjiru Castle is very special. In more ways then you might think. Given enough luck and supplies, we will win!"

I spun around and left the audience to a roar of approval from my officers. It's about time i can be my old self, i thought.

I walked down to the forecourt, aimlessly checked all the defenses, then transformed into my battle form and took flight. I wasn't going to let any scouts out because i will need every able bodied man here. I alone will find Lord Gary.

It did not take very long flying, and i found them on a forced march heading in the wrong direction. So i dived, lifted a barrier around myself incase of arrows, and dove straight for Lord Gary himself. In a thump on the ground, i was in front of him smiling, letting him soak in my new wings.

"Hey there old friend...."

My old friend 5rings suddenly appeared before me, his appearance had changed drastically, but I could tell in his voice, his presence, that this was indeed Lord 5rings.

I gave him a bow, he bowed back.
He told me of his recent discovery and how he attained such great power.

It is good to see we have a God on our side this time, I have heard a being of great power has recently attained weapons forged in hell, do you know anything about this?

Indeed, the culprit was none other than our old foe Syn.

The name sent a chill down my spine.

The demon known as Syn possesses the Elixir of Psyche, a day has passed since he drank it, we now have 2 days until his reign of terror begins.

Then we must prepare immediately, my Lord, have you heard from my scout Toshi?

Yes, he insisted that he returned to the battle with you and left.

I feared the worst...

Fu Ji Ren-Noh-Cai


"Hmmm.... well this could be very bad." i said transforming back to human form, which seemed to relax a lot of the soldiers around me. "I didn't see him on my travels...."

"This is very bad," said Lord Gary, aslutely distraught over the potential loss of his messenger. "I need to find him." Ma Dai was immediately sent out with a hundred men to search for him.

"Lord Gary, would you please join me at Kinjiru Castle? i would like very much for you and your men to find a home within its walls." i said, hoping for the best.

"I guess that is fine with me." came the reply. "How bout you men? How bout a warm bed and fresh food and rest??" he shouted to his troops. Thousands of voices all replied with shouts and hollers.

"Then it's settled! follow me than!" i exclaimed, happy at the news.

It took only three hours once they had me as a guide through the shortcuts and fields. The morale of the men was extraordinary, especially after being in such a terrible fight. great men, i thought, liking the company. I lead them into the forecourt where immediately Gary and Ma Chao were giving orders to the men for resting arrangements.

"Thank you again for your kindness Lord Fu Ji Ren" said Ma Chao. "I will enjoy using my blade for you and for the justice you symbolize!"

"It is much appreciated Lord Ma Chao." i replied jovially.

I quickly summed up Lord Gary's forces and smiled. He must have had a detached unit somewhere close to him because he was almost ten thousand strong. That puts us at a wonderful number of soldiers, i thought, glad with this reasurance. Now if only i knew where the Lord Artirtico and Lord Lu Meng were.....

While Syn was unconscious, he started having visions of the future. The whole country would be engulfed in the flames of war, the people fighting amongst each other, and then, he saw a group of several people. It was Shin Orochi, Sun Wukong, Taira no Kiyomori, Da Ji, Singe and himself, who join up and form the Confederation of Darkness. It has been 2 days now and Syn shall awaken soon...

Meanwhile, Koza speaks as to why he was defeated.

Syn's power was impressive, but...if I went full power, then I would have destroyed the whole Underworld and thus, the souls can't have a final resting place. Well, I suppose I could say I wanted to you win. We are two peas in a pod and without each other, we can't succeed in our purposes. You are the harvester of souls and I am the keeper of souls. So, that's why I wanted you to win. Once you gain this power, you can harvest more souls, and thus we both still function and have a place, in this world.

And that's why, Koza was defeated and now, it's only a matter of time, before Syn continues his role as the Death God.

The time was now. Singe could see his future. He had to defeat the wind god Fujin. He gave a nod to Spawn who immediatly turned around.

"Come on your weaklings... show me your strength... and I shall show you death."

Singe immediatly turned to Fujin.

"Oh god of wind.. forgive me... but your time is up!"

With that he charged striking as fast as he could the Wind god then summonded his sword and began striking also. The two were even. But Singe quickly had the upper hand with his greater speed. Suddenly Singe leaped onto the gods back. But a flash emensed from both. The two wind masters combined into one. Leaving a heavenly figure standing. The figure immediatly went away leaving the figure of Singe. Singe looked around. Orochi, Da Ji, Sun Wukong, Taira No Kiyomori, and Spawn stood there laughing. As the bodies of the chosen quickly went to dust.

Singe awoke from his dream. That power.... I must... reclaim it. with that he went into a closed room.

"Don't let me out until the signal is given."

Lord Fu Ji Ren had provided us with accommodation and food. I was most grateful for his help, however, I felt I needed to give something back. I needed to be stronger so I could aid him further in his quest. During a banquet to celebrate our safe arrival, my assigned seat was empty. Instead, I decided to train on my own. I sat on the rooftop of the castle to meditate, some hours had passed, I shot up and began training with my spear, practising my skills. Kotaro had followed my up here and decided to test my awareness. He snuck up as silently as he could and moved to attack, I was well aware of his presence, I dodged his attack and kicked him to the next roof. I jumped to where he had landed to find he had gone, he was around somewhere, he tried attacking from behind but I jumped behind him and swiped with my spear, which he evaded.

This is the perfect chance to test my abilities, aswell as show Kotaro my power. An epic clash was to take place...

It was the end of the third day...and now it was time...

A demonic aura started to surround Syn and a few moment's, his eyes open and he teleported, to make himself stand up. He started to clench his fists and took a look at his new found self.

So, the Elixir's backdraw effects have finally worn off. It's time...for Judgment Day to begin...

He went up to glass case, that held the two Legendary weapons and opened it. He put the Soul Tumult in his holsters, one sword for each holster and placed the Great Maelstrom, on his back, with a strap of soul beads. After that, he went to the Book of Armageddon, lifted it up, using Telekinesis, and started to memorize the spells. After a few hours of memorizing the spells, he gained vast knowledge on new spells and counter-spells. His ultimate transformation was complete.

The final phase of the transformation is done...now, Judgment Day, shall begin!

He placed the book down and then, teleported out of the Dark Dimension, and ended up near 5Rings camp, leaving his old weapons behind and his former self. He then, started to chant the words of a spell.

Lifeless bodies of the dead, dead souls of corpses, rise again and claim your revenge. The Undead, rise before me!

He took out his swords and thrusted the swords into the ground, creating a blue shockwave, all throughout the land. The corpses of the dead began to rise.

Hmhmhm, and now, for the final phase. Minions of Darkness, achieve your blood-lust and wreak havoc on humanity. It's time for the ultimate judgment to begin!

Now, dark portals started to appear and demons, unlike the ones Syn used to control before, which vanished, because Syn needed all of his energy before, started to come out. They were skillful, strong, and bloodthirsty.

Now, lay siege to the Resistance's camp and prevent them, from reaching Kinjiru Castle!

Judgment Day now has begin...

Singe immediatly felt the pressure of Syn's tremendous power. It is my turn... to become a power to reckon with.

His training began. The First test... Was of patience. the room suddenly changed to a pond. Singe was gripping a fishing rod. A voice boomed.

"The first task... there is only one fish in here. You must keep the line in there... until the fish bites."

"God this will take forever..."

Singe sat and waited...

Fu Ji Ren-Noh-Cai


"Ahh shit!" i exclaimed, scaring everybody in the room except Musashi and Masashige and forty seven others throughout the castle. "I thought i would have enough time!"

The reason i cursed was because Syn had awakened. And damn he was strong. I had made almost all of my fifty transform. but there were still two left who were to do their last lesson this evening. seeing as how it was early morning, that pleasantry vanished

"Sho-Foku! Noboru! Here at Once!" I yelled.

suddenly my brother and one of my fifty were at my door.

"Yes Sire?" they both said.

"It is time for you to become Elemental Angels. Musashi! Go out into our secret foyer and teach them. time is of the essence!"

"Yes old friend" came the reply.

It was much too soon! Syn was already attacking. i could feel him. All of our armies had already arrived at the castle late last night. Our walls held the home of over 300,000 soldiers and 100,000 horses. I had secret underground detached units within thirty ri of the castle and traps and defenses set around it so thoroughly that i almost set one off yesterday. But that damned demon had discovered the men i had set up at a local fishing village and were slauhtering them! as i paced i could hear the scores of men die. secretly, a plan had just hatched in my head, then another!

"Call All of my retainers into the forecourt, the fifty up front.... actually no, put them throughout the crowd. its about time the rest of the army found out who they were."

"Yes Sire" said the messenger. he blew a horn and ran through the hall.

Minutes later i was on a high platform overlooking every soldier and officer in my ranks. I didn't see Gary or Kotaro though, which set me on edge.

"My officers, vassals, and soldiers, evil is within our realm! Syn, the God of Death and Singe, the bringer of winds, are the dogs of someone much bigger! We must not worry about him, but about these two bringers of slavery and death! We are strong! but so is the enemy. they lead corpses, not men. do not show them regret or hesitation, for they will surely not show you the same. The Time has come for you to earn your shields boys! Lets give them one helluva show!!"
I then named off all of the names of my fifty who had spread themselves throughout the crowd, who each asked the men around them to give them space so they could be seen.

"My pupils, the time is NOW!"

Suddenly all fifty of them transformed before everyones eyes. the day became brighter as those halo's shone brightly. The different colored skins blazed upon their bodies. several of the people around them gasped. They all raised up their specially made swords and yelled "We are Elemental Angels, Pupils and Followers of Fu Ji Ren-Noh-Cai!"
I smiled immensly and waved my hands i a sweeping fashion. they all immediately put away their weapons and stood their, awaiting more directions. I waited for all to calm down, then continued my speech.

"As i speak, Syn The God Of Death is attacking the detached unit at Yokohama to lure us out. I will not allow that. Me and Musashi and my fifty shall go meet him for we are impervious to darkness. Everyone here is under the Direction of my second in command!"

Everyone looked stunned, because my brother usually took over when i left. but now he was one of us.

"Yes my vassals, i thought about this as well. hahaha. i have been friends with him ever since i met him. he has been our reinforcements in every battle, but we've never had to utilize them."

Slowly out of the door came a hooded figure who stood next to me. He stood there..... then suddenly ripped off his cloak to reveal exquisite armor. he smiled and said in a commanding voice,

"I.... Am Yoshitsune Minamoto! I shall be your commanding officer while Fu Ji Ren is Gone!"

It's for the Confederation to form. In the outskirts of Koshi Castle, there was a particular man, jumping around and causing mischief. That person, was Sun Wukong, the Monkey King. Like Kiyomori Taira, he too wants the Serpent King, Orochi, to be resurrected. So, Syn teleported to Koshi Castle and talked to Kiyomori and Sun Wukong.

The time of resurrecting Orochi is not as of yet. But, we 4, Syn, Kiyomori Taira, Sun Wukong, and Singe, along with Orochi's strategist, Da Ji, all have the same intentions. As for now, Orochi begun plans of forming a group, known as the Confederation. That consists of us 5. I'm known as the Grim Reaper. Will you accept?

Well, it's better than staying here and having to wait for Orochi to come back. Alright, let's go, Syn! Were's the place where we can have fun?! replied Sun Wukong.

Syn responded, as he pointed near Kinjiru Castle. Over there, near Kinjiru Castle. The Resistance, a.k.a, the Coalition army, is trying to stop us from resurrecting Orochi. But, we can't do that, until we have some certain "requirements" that we need to grasp. They are trying to go to Kinjiru Castle, to recooperate and build a stronger army.

Kiyomori looked at the new Syn and saw how much he has changed, ever since their first encounter.

Heh, looks like you have changed, Syn. During our first encounter, when you were Spawn, you were always angry and was naive. Well, I accept your offer. Time for the Resistance, to be stopped.

Come on, you boys, loosen up, we're now all part of a team, after all. replied Da Ji, as she was dancing around.

Syn grinned.

Let's go then.

The 5 of them teleported near 5Rings camp.

Hey, Syn, you mentioned someone named Singe? Where is he?

He's undergoing a trial, for power, like I did.

I see, well, I want to see him soon. I recall that he is a lot like me!

After a few moments, the 5 of them started to split up and started to fight the Resistance.

The room inwhich Singe stayed in made time outside the world move slower to him. By the time he got out it would feel like 1000 years. But to the people out there it would be 10 hours.

By this time Singe was asleep waiting for the one fish to bite. He immediatly began thinking of what this test would do for him. And almost two secodns later he figured it out.

"Heh the fish has been biting all along..."

With a fast motion he launched the rod up with a small fish on the end of the hook. Suddenly the room changed again.

The voice boomed again.

"The next test is the test of devotion."

With that a figure of Orochi appeared. And Singe summoned his staff the fight was going to take place. And both were using all they could but Singe was holding back slightly.

What seemed to him 200 years now they still fought. Suddenly Singe realized what this test was about.

"Not devotion to my lord... but devotion to my cause! To what I truly desire in life! What extent would I go to... so that I may see myself survive."

With that the Orochi dissapeared.

The voice once again boomed.

"You've done these first tests rather quickly... but this test is the longest and nothing you can do will speed it up... it will take exactly 750 years in here. Lets hope your friends can survive while you metamorphisize."

With that Singe sat crosslegged... Waiting for what will happen to him. He could already feel the changing inside him. He suddenly knew why he was waiting... He was waiting for the Fujin inside of him. To grow and mature so he can truly be the one and only Master of the Wind.

After my fight with Kotaro had been interupted we again joined forces in order to fight the greater evil.

Ha! Now I can see you're true power. Let us make Chaos of the enemy army.

For once, Kotaro, I agree with you.
I said with a smile.

We jumped down to ground level to fight the hordes of enemy soldiers, skilled though they were, mine had much improved. I had become more skilled in the past few weeks than in my whole life up until I first faced Orochi. Even though the serpent king was our greatest and most dangerous enemy, I owe everything I had achieved to him, truly the meaning of irony.

I caught sight of Ma Chao, battling with Da Ji. I rushed to aid him but the monkey king Sun Wukong jumped in my way and kicked me down. I jumped right back up and began battle with Sun Wukong. As we fought evenly I wondered why he would side with such evil. His skills we masterful, I could tell he was much enjoying the fight, to be truthful, so was I.
He spoke for the first time:

Impressive, very impressive. I heard you were good, but the description I had is an insult to your power.

You are very skilled, it is a shame you use them for evil

Sun Wukong looked away briefly before continuing his attack, met by one of my own...
