Wei would have been a lot stronger! I dont know much about Han Zhong, but Xiahou Yuan was a very ruthless yet cunning general, as well as a fantastic archer. He would have given wei a morale boost intheir big campaigns.

Wu probably wouldn't have existed, unless there was someone else who could've established Wu after Sun Jian's death. Huang Zu might have taken the lands of Wu for himself, then he could have been betrayed by Gan Ning. Just my opinion.

Guan Ping was with Guan Yu at Fan Castle they were both captured and executed I believe. So what If Guan Ping went instead of Liao Hua to go get reinforcements for Guan Yu would be better. Which in turn would cause him to survive.

Hmm...I remember after their defeat at Fan Castle, they retreated to Mai Castle. Wu followed them, captured them, and then executed them.

Well, I doubt different people, getting reinforcements would make such a difference, tbh. Liao Hua and Guan Ping were both loyal to Guan Yu.

But, if Guan Ping did do this, then possibly, he could have been a big help at Yi Ling, and then, once again, he would have helped at Bai Di Castle, and then again, during their last stand, against Wei at Cheng Du. So, he definitely could have an impact on Shu's survival.

Obviously if Wu didn't help Guan Yu would have won. Because the only reason Guan Yu started losing was because Wu had came with that huge force. Then more of Jing would have fallen into Shu's hand.

Hmm...then, I think Liu Bei's campaign on Cheng Du would have failed, because Ma Chao was a key officer, for the forces of Liu Zhang. Or, not...either way, I think Ma Chao wouldn't have a significant impact on Shu, but who knows?

Just in regards to the earlier question, the battle of Mt Ding Jun might not have happened, because, unless I'm very much mistaken, Ma Chao was the one who suggested taking Han Zhong from Wei.

If Liu Bei, Cao Cao and Sun Jian didn't exist then that would have been a very boring era. The Yellow Turbans might even have eventually won.
