If He Jin wasn't killed, he would drag down the Han government with his selfish and misguided scheming, probably leading to Dong Zhuo or someone similar taking it upon themselves to get rid of him. He Jin made so many enemies I think he would have been assassinated sooner or later.

If Sun Jian hadn't existed, then the fate of Wu would be in control of Jian's brother, Sun Jing (I think). Without Jian, there would be no Sun Ce or Sun Quanand many other fine generals like Cheng Pu and Huang Gai may not have wanted to serve Sun Jing, as he wasn't as charismatic as his brother. I think Wu would have fallen after Hu Lao Gate, being attacked by Liu Biao or Yuan Shu, probably.

What if Gongsun Zan had escaped Chang Shan, and become one of Liu Bei's officers?

Nothing much changed. Gongzun Zan will work under Liu Bei and so did Zhao Yun. Not much happened.

What if Lu Xun could really pass the Stone Sentinel Maze?

He'd probably have killed Zhuge Liang and the entire shu army.

Ooo, I think that Shu and Wu would have been able to use the opportunity to take far more land from Wei before they managed to organise themselves. I don't think Cao Pi would have been mature enough at that point to effectively lead so it would all to be down to Wei officers as to how efficiently they carried out a 'survival' strategy initially before building themselves back up. Then I think either Shu and Wu would realise that they had the best chance ever to take over Wei or they would end up quabbling over whom should get the land and end up doing a Yi Ling styled battle even earlier

What if Taishi Ci had joined Liu Bei when they met whilst defending Kong Rong?

Taishi Ci wouldn't be killed in He Fei castle. That's for sure. Sun Ce will get the Wu territory easier and Liu Yong will have no choice but to surrender. And, maybe Taishi Ci will be one of the Five Tiger General too!

What if Tadakatsu died at Sekigahara? And what if Hanzo betrayed Ieyasu at Battle of Sekigahara?

2 questions? Thats hardly fair but ok I'll answer.

Lets see, Tadakatsu was arguably the best warrior on the battlefield at Sekigahara, him dying would have caused a massive moral boost on Mitsunari's army and Ieyasu's would greatly suffer. Mitsunari's officers might not have defected either.

I doubt Hanzo would ever betray Ieyasu but if he did he probably would have been able to get to Ieyasu without question and slay him then and there.

What if the Tournament of Champions in Tadakatsu, Musashi, Keiji and Toshiee's (sorry if I missed any out) dream really happened?

It would have been by far the best tournament of that or any age. All of them were just so good at what they did. I'm pretty sure Tadakatsu would have won.


What if Toshiie had taken the battlefield with Katsuie instead of ideyoshi at the battle of shizugatake?

Toshiie was a better warrior than war leader, having him there instead of Hideyoshi (a very talented leader) would probably have made things worse, unless Toshiie was completely badass and decimated all of the enemy forces.

What if Mitsuhide had defeated Hideyoshi at Yamazaki?

I don't think the people would have accepted Mitsuhide as a leader, being the traitor that he was and probably would have revolted against him.

But, if that doesn't happen, maybe he would have "shaped" Japan instead of Hideyoshi. Here's the quote I'm meaning: The people of Japan has said that the unification of Japan was like a ricecake. Nobunaga created it, Hideyoshi shaped/molded it, and finally, only Ieyasu tasted it.

Personally, though, I think Mitsuhide probably is a better leader and perhaps he would've been the one to be shogun of Japan!

What if Guan Yu and Guan Ping's capture and execution never happened?

Ooo - that could've changed everything! Shu would still be angry with Wu for attacking Jing but I think that Liu Bei, his mind not clouded with revenge, would have listened to Zhuge Liangs advise not to attack Wu back. He gave the order after all to let Wu have Jing back, with it being Guan Yu who refused it, so in fact it may have been that Guan Yu would have been punished. Then I think with support from Zhuge Liang, Zhao Yun etc, Liu Bei would have reformed the truce with Wu, allowing them to jointly attack Wei, possibly eventually overcoming them

What if the yellow turban forces had been lead and guided by a strong leadership figure (someone like Cao Cao/Sun Jian for example)?

I'm sure it will change all the history. I mean, there aren't any Three Kingdoms history, so no DW and there no WO so we won't be here now!

Erm... of course Yellow Turban will last long and the Emperor would lose. (Yellow Turban must be very strong that time). And maybe there wouldn't be any something like magic, instead they used their own might to fight. Not only last longer, I mean maybe China will be ruled by Yellow Turban. Lastly, of course they wouldn't have force's name like Yellow Turban. Maybe something like Wei forces or Wu forces, etc...

What if Dong Zhuo wasn't a tyrant?

If Dong Zhou wasn't a tyrant...hmm...then, he wouldn't have claimed the throne as Emperor...and then, there wouldn't be a Coalition force against Dong Zhuo, thus, that then probably resulted in everyone just competing for land.
