If Mitsuhide hadn't assassinated Nobunaga at Honnoji, The Oda forces would have continued conquering warlords and takin their land. The Shibata would have annihalted the Uesugi and Hideyoshi would have destroyed the Mogami. The only reason the Oda fell was because of treachery. no one else dared try to assassinate him. Maybe Nobunaga would have created it, shaped it, AND tasted it, as spawn quoted.

If Keiji wasn't as berserk, wouldn't he be less of a fighter and therefore die quicker ....

But regardless, that force would be a force to be reckoned with, at least until they got too weirded out by him and sent him on some form of suicide mission.

If Nobunaga never existed I guess Yoshimoto would have proceeded to the capital and taken it. The Tokugawa would most likely continue to serve the Imagawa. And I also believe that the Hojo, Takeda and the Uesugi would have allienced themselves with the Imagawa. Hideyoshi would never have raised in ranks... I think central Japan would have been taken by the Imagawa... and that's it. All the fiefs surrounding Nobunagas Fief allienced themselves against him, so I guess they all had a great relationship.
All of those warlords whom Hideyoshi gathered wouldn't have been so mighty, and all of those warlords who Nobunaga defeated in RL would have been unstoppable.

But I guess you would end up with some different kinds of conflicts. The new way of the Samurai would never have been created... so I guess overall the Samurais lifespan would have become longer.

What if the Ten Eunuchs never assassinated lord He Jin?

I assume that He Jin would rise a rebellion and soon after he would be the next Emperor. Yuan Shao and Cao Cao worked under him. Liu Bei would still trying to rebuilt the Han Empire again and started another rebellion. Cao Cao and Yuan Shao soon would join Liu Bei. Dong Zhuo would join too and they fought against him, but again, Dong Zhuo would take over the throne. The warlords would join an alliance against Dong Zhuo and you all know the rest... So, I conclude that whether He Jin was killed or not, it didn't really change the history.

What if Guan Yu failed to escape from Cao Cao after the Battle of Guan Du?

Hmm, I think with Guan Yu knowing where Liu Bei was, he would either escape or die fighting to escape so in this case, I believe that he would either just commit suicide if captured or possibly take out his anger on some Wei troops (those under Xiahou Dun's command perhaps )

So many wouldn't be happened. But Orochi wouldn't be defeated. That's for sure. Shu: Zhao Yun wouldn't be saved (I think Xing Cai and Zuo Ci alone couldn't save Zhao Yun). Wu: Sun Ce didn't get support from Ieyasu and Hanzo, thus some Wu officers might be prisoned forever by Orochi. Wei: Cao Pi won't get help from Mitsunari. SW: I don't think much would change.

Very interesting . Maybe Liu Bei would show his gratitude at Zhao Yun saving Liu Chan by creating another heir, if you know what I mean.
I think Zhao Yun would have been feared more as a woman, as there weren't many, if any, women on the battlefields in those days and a female warrior could have been intimidating.
