But by doing this many people would consider your lord an enemy. And the land may be thrown into chaos at the death of its leader. Do you? A. Eliminate him. B. Refuse. C. Go tell the Shogun of your lords plan and see if you can't help the Shogun. D. I'd take Choice B and refuse to eliminate the Shogun. It's for the greater good I suppose, to not plunge the nation into war, but I wouldn't betray my lord by defecting to the Shogunate or even killing my own commander.

Hmm...I would pick Choice C. When I go to tell the Shogun, it's not like my lord is going to know, I told the Shogun of his plans. So, since it's for the future, the Shogun would either take arms or retreat. If he does take arms, then my lord would fight against him, and I would just say my assassination attempt failed. Therefore, I avoid suspicion of betrayal, but the at the same time, help the Shogun.

That's a tough one actually XD I'll think on it. Just in regard to the questions, I think it's fine for the same question to carry on over several turns, its nice to get discussion and ideas from more than just the first member to answer.

Well Spawn thats good and all but if the Shogun does take up arms you would still have to fight the Shogun since your lord is taking up arms against him. And the help part of C means that you would join the Shogun and help him eliminate your lord.

I wouldn't join the Shogun, not that I don't want to. It doesn't say you join the Shogun, after you tell the juicy information, does it?

Not really I just don't like these people attempting it. Cause if you'd remain neutral. Your lord may get suspicious of why the Shogun suddenly took up arms against him. Well, I would have countered by saying: Maybe there was a spy, in our camps that overheard your plans? That spy then managed to escape, and told the Shogun of your plans?
