how do u get the 4th level weapon in vs mode in elimination or tag team?
i'm asking because yesterday while playing i chose three characters random, but then i noticed that yukimura had his 4th level weapon and was in his third costume, usually they are in normal costume and only have their third. i want to know how or why it happened.
