every time i talk to jibubu he just says hello. i have to give him the make up foundation stuff but he wont let me. there is no red arrow above his head i have tried pressing square and he just doesnt want the foundation. what do i need to do?

He'll only take it at a certain time of the day. Try leaving the town and coming back.

It really depends on the time of day that you go to see him.

I can't get Jibubu in his house! He stands outside or walks, all day. I almost followed him everywhere! He never goes inside. Is it because I'm already at Yellow Drops collecting Atla?

You can go back and get things even after you've moved on in the game. It just depends on when you go. If it helps, just keep leaving and coming back till he's inside. That helps a bit.
