So yeah at the Killer Snake need help. I read in a faq walkthrough that you need a ocarina like thingy. how do you get it? Please help!

You have to have the Serpent Sword. In order to get this, you have to build Cacao's house and get a flute from him. Afterwards, you must connect the river to the old tree dude in order to get him living again, after which he gives you the Serpent Sword.
Note: You can't beat the Killer Snake without the Serpent Sword. | |

One more thing, make sure you have the serpent sword equipped. I remember when I first went through the game I figured out that I needed to get the sword, but I didn't realize it had to be equipped. Make sure you have it equipped.

Thanks. Figured it out I had the guys house fixed and the sword. Problem was that the flute which the guy gave wasn't showing up in my inventory. So turned the game off and on looked through it again and bam there it was.
