How in the heck do you open the door where the crystal is?

you have to go to the king's hideout after you complete it, he'll give you a lamp, which contains a genie... and tadaa! your new ally, she shoots magic beams with her rings and armlets and you can open doors with her by checking the colour of the crystal and matching it with her active attribute (fire = red, blue = ice, thunder = yellow, wind = green, holy = pink)
