I think it is needed and is pretty much do-able in Gears 1. Four characters in Halo 3 is so much fun and in Gears it would be awesome. ------------------- ![]() ......... ..........

Agreed. There would be times on Insane with my buddy that Baird and Cole would just suck the place up and ruin us, so the ability to all work together and communicate is something that would really improve the enjoyment of the campaign--- a part of Gears of War that was probably one of the bigger disappointments. ------------------- ![]() | |

Four player co-op would be awesome if it was properly implimented. If it was just tacked on it wouldn't feel right, they'd need to set up the campaign so that four player co-op would feel right. ------------------- ![]() | |

I hope they double the enemies or make them tougher or something with four people, otherwise it'll just be too easy. I also can't really see 4 people versing a boss, except maybe the final boss. Maybe there can be like 2 beserkers to kill, one group has to kill one beserker, and the other group has to kill the other one. -------------------

Yeah. If they made a boss that was made for 4 players it would be too hard if you didn't have Live. But if it was made for 1 player it would be too easy for 4 players so they have to get it right. | |

Would bring more teamwork into the picture, and seems likely to happen. Hope they make the game challenging in that case. To have 4-human controlled players would either be chaotic or they'll work together and pretty much plow through the game. ------------------- -Team Bunny-

I would love 4 player co-op as much as next guy but as Shattered Silence said they'd have to give it more then a half-assed attempt and actually integrate the teamwork and such so it would all work together perfectly. ------------------- | |

It would be nice if there were sections where the group of four could split into two, and one group accomplish something on the level for make it easier for the other group to pass through. For example, Baird and Cole detour to destroy a communications outpost, meaning there are fewer Locust for Marcus and Dom to deal with at a normally deadly intersection. ------------------- ![]() | |
