Isn't this getting all a little too complicated for a simple kill animation? Create a kill sounds pretty unnecessary to me.

I would ram the chainsaw half way through their back and leave it there. Then I would jump as high as I could and using my back, come down on the chainsaw to finish raming it through their body.

i think mine would involve me bashing the player head against the floor

try to imagine a custom execution of replacing someone's arm socket with a bolo gronad.

Damn, that "Y" button execution is brutal, especially for the Locusts. The Torque Bow execution is sick, and that's an understatement.

I know that you have virtually no chance of survival once you've been taken hostage, but to be considered dead as soon as it's done, that's not right. I think it would have been better if you [the victim] could tap "A" rapidly to try and free yourself or something. At least be able to do some damage before you die.

I was thinking that if you were taken hostage and used as a shield, you should be able to keep on living if the guy who grabbed you is killed. Like, you would then fall to the ground and continue being down until your bleed out time is up.

Yeah, at least give others a chance to save their teammate before he dies. Otherwise, what would be the point of snapping the hostage's neck if he's already dead?

Oh man I just picked up that magazine yesterday and when I read that article I suddenly remembered reading about that 3 page long arm ripping argument.

Oh ya, downed people can now tap a to crawl to safety. And if a person is downed while holding a grenade they can detonate it when someone comes close. Martydom!
