It's a rip-off if you already bought the other map packs. Because then you will be paying $20 (for the first two map packs) + $20 for this add-on for a total of $40 when people who didn't buy the first two map packs will only pay $20 for the stuff you paid $40 for.

They should offer a different version (without the first two map packs, just the new stuff) with a REDUCED PRICE for the people who actually supported epic and bought the first two map packs instead of screwing us over completely.

I like the fact that the DLC is so cheap, but I just can't get over the fact that I spent $20 on stuff that is essentially "free" in this add-on. And I just got those map packs like 2 weeks ago too! ARGGG It's *bleep*ing infuriating!!!

That's about as much as buying the last 2 map packs would cost if you bought them together.If you buy the retail version you get the Flashback,Combustible,Snowblind,Dark corners,AND the campaign chapter,plus some other shit,which would be worth over $40, for $20.

I don't see how making new maps (The excitement of Maps and Campaign ends quickly) is something that should be more prioritzed than fixing mantling, glitches and the new ranks. >_>

If you have already bought the previous 2 map packs you will not be forced to pay $20 for the entire package. There will be a cheaper version including just the maps that haven't been released yet.

It's been stated twice in this thread already. People can be so dull.

I still need to do Horde on the Snowblind maps, ugh... but these new maps intrigue me. Sounds like a lot of sniping will commence. Wonder what the achievements will be besides play on all maps, win a match on all maps and Horde yourself on these maps. Hopefully something interesting and doesn't involve King of the Hill or Annex. Reason no Annex because it was a pain in the ass to get. Wouldn't have been such a big deal if it wasn't for the horrible online play, which is not necessarily Epic's fault more so Microsoft failing to go after those who bridge host. It's just as common in Gears 2 as it is in Halo 3. I mean, it's pretty bad when I can go 20+ kills with under 10 deaths then the next game barely manage 2 kills with a billion deaths.

Actually they will be THE SAME price (1600 ms points/$20), according to IGN, which is T-O-T-A-L BS.

You actually bought the Mythic Map Pack? I personally don't think any of Bungie's map packs are worth $10 except maybe the Legendary one. This DLC looks worth it but I won't get it b/c I already got the first 2 and I don't really play Gears of War that much (CoD is better) and don't want to spend another $20 when I already spent $20 on this game. I just got 2 entire games on amazon for $20 each (Assasins Creed and Battlefield Bad Company). So unless you really love Gears 2 or are just rich, I would recommend just to buy an entirely new game. Or, if you didn't already buy the 1st 2 map packs then maybe give this DLC a go.

New campaign chapter's going to feature the two Carmine brothers, Clay and Dee(that's what he's called right now) fighting the same time Dom and Marcus are in Jacinto, but on the other side of the city; hence the "All Fronts".

There will be human enemies.

Adam Fenix will make an appearance.

Direct tie in with what's going to go down in Gears 3.

I didn't know there was a 'D' Carmine. Exciting news though!
