Just downloaded today, absolutely love the new maps. Highway really sucks but all of the others are a lot of fun and very well designed.
Of course being a diehard Gears 1 fan, I was THRILLED to see the return of War Machine and it is just as awesome as it always was-- my only complaint is that they've included boomshot as part of the map now and I don't agree with that at all, but otherwise very entertaining. -------------------  unwind... | |

IMO, Nowhere and War Machine tie for the best of the pack. BTW, does anyone have any tips for horde on War Machine? My friend and I keep getting wrecked on it, and can't find any good camping spots. I am pleased with the new achievements also, unlike the previous DLC achievements, these look like they can keep me entertained for a long time. So... Much... Horde.

Ever wonder what that loud banging/rumbling sound was on the Highway map? Get on the sniper towers, and look out behind the map to the bridge in the distance. A brumak and a bunch of locusts will walk across it.
You can shoot at them, but receive no points. Thought that was kind of cool when I noticed it. -------------------
