Mission 7 Help |

After the Memory Test Level 1 (or something along those lines), you encounter this worm type creature. Now he wouldn't be so hard if he didn't stay in the 'water' most of the time, and then if you don't kill him in time he restores his health.
Any pointers? ------------------- ![]()

Yes, I know exactly the big bugger your talking about.
Try to lock on and shoot at least one of the 4 pieces that he passes through to regenerate. I think I used the one with the blue shots charged up. The one's you use on the last guy I mentioned, when you need to lock on all the shots he throws at you when standing on the dragon. This one locks quick and shoots fast, not the heavy. Sorry I forgot the term, maybe it's call base wing? It's the first form. Anyway, doing this rapidly when it appears is your best bet. If you keep him from recharging, at least all the way, you should be good.

Also, no one seems to realize if you can't shoot the regenerative ring, simply boost and fly through it, he can only regain a little bit then.

Why is that? I never tried that before. I pretty much always managed to knock them out either before the worm got to it or as he was beginning to pass through it. Can you provide more details?

LOL Now you tell me!! HOLY CRAP talk about frustrating it LITERALLY took me almost 2 hours in the office today to beat that level. And here's the thing: I am talking TWO HOURS WITHOUT DYING!!! LOL I was just looping around the same large area getting to within inches of beating that STUPID regenerating worm, getting MADDER AND MADDER AND MADDER because I wasn't really getting hit but IT WASN'T DYING EITHER.
I think finally the game took pity on me because when I finally beat the STUPID worm it was right after it regenerated for like the 50th time or something and it still had like half of its life left! This happen to anyone else? ------------------- ![]() It's official. I have truly become a babysitter on Neo. Redemption, I want my $7.00 an hour!
