MOONED!

C-3PO---Lost Temple. Right near the idol in Free Play, there's "Shiny silver LEGO objects." Take a guy with explosives and blow it up. Walk in, destroy the barrel, and there's C-3PO.
Luke---Into the Mountains. There's a part where the ground blows up. After jumping two gaps, fall down the last one. Luke is hanging upside-down from the cave roof. Use Willie's scream or hit him with a bomb.
Chewbacca---City of Danger. There's a spot where there's a hyroglyph panel and a broken car. Use the panel, and then use a shorty to go through the hatch.
Leia---Free the Slaves. In the area after where the package is (where you've got to drag the piece across those small bits of land with a whip) once you cross that part, there's another little area. Don't leave the room. Go all the way to the right and fall. You should be caught by a ledge. Walk to the right and blow up the debris. Use your officer hat to get through, and Leia's inside.
R2-D2---It's the level with Colonel Vogel. In the first area, get a pony and ride to the left. Throw Indy up really high and start climbing. Use the whip platform and R2 will fall. If you go mooning people, you'll get nowhere.
