When i got got 14 achievements for scout i only got the Halloween hats wheres the ones like Baseball Bill's Sports Shine?

Don't get hats from achievements, they're random.

oh well....the only hats i gotten so far r both the halloween hats and the medics prussian thingy hat. And ive been playing for over a year

Actually, the acheivment "Gastly Gibus Grab" is an acheivment, in which you kill an enemy w/ the Gibus, and you get one of your own.
