the videos for this say that a race can take up to 4hours is this true?

not sure, only done the 1st race and the game looks pretty crappy on single player, it seems to look better on 2 player, but im taking it back as it looks crappy....

I hate to revive an old thread but I needed this answer before I bought this game and the answer wasn't here. So if anyone like me looks here then they will know if they want to buy this game. The answer is yes. There are different level baja races in the game. 250, 500, and 1000, as well as a number of other different type races like circuit and hill climb. But the 1000 will take up to 3 hours to complete according to the game. As you click on each type, it tells you about how long it will take you. I haven't seen a 4 hr race yet though but i'm still working my way though the game since I've only had it a couple of weeks now. This game is pretty fun though. Graphics are kinda lacking, but the more you play, the more you like it. At least that was my case. The races are nice and long. The lack of in-race music is disappointing though. To me, it takes away from the racing excitement somewhat. But still a worthy game for offroad enthusiasts.
