I just got this game a couple of weeks ago. I noticed that if you win a couple races then lose, your percentage for your rank drops. I think I am pretty familiar with the tracks but I just can't seem to get past 6th place (out of 12 or so). Any tips on helping get to the front? If not, maybe this game just isn't for me haha.

Well learn the tracks well and pick a vehicle you are most comfortable with (for me it's the bike). The way i learned the tracks was getting all gold medals in the festival, which helps since you need to know the tracks to get golds at level 8 - i got this before i even touched online, so i knew the tracks fairly well. If you're scared of your rank going down, why don't you play some casual races to get the hang of things without fear of losing rank?

O.K. thanks. I haven't even tried casual races yet. I'll start them today and get familiar with the tracks.
