ive been searching round and round and cant find meadow in the valley of avalar. I climbed to the top of this huge cliff where this thing (dont know what its called) was waiting and i cant kill it, i have upgraded all the elements and none of spyros or cindas powers work they are just blocked. Any help on this and where meadow is will be much appreciated

hes behind a water fall in a cave. u have to kill a bunch of people to get to him. though. near the camp.
