I'm still here! =D But yeah, you get selected by supermods if they think you'd do the job well and the forum is active enough to need a mod in the first place.

	A Supermoderator has all the powers of a regular moderator, but isn't restricted to one forum. 	I propose a resurrection of the Thread Index with a title recognizable by simpleton posters, as well as subtext hinting that it is mandatory to at least bat an eyelash towards the list before creating another 'Funniest Monster Kill' thread. -------------------
