Can someone help me? I'm trying to find out how to get across to the witch in the river in Owl wood? Have mega carpenters and thought they would build a bridge but can't see where to do this. Cheers!

Go to the Mining District.
In that area, there will be 3 exits to unconquered areas. Two of the lead to Owl Woods. Just take either one. You'll know if you're in Owl woods because it goes very dark, and you can hear hooting.
