Ok I beat the game now what do I do. mayby more Missions?

Do all of the quests, complete the bowser, download and beat as many of the special and extra missions via Wifi, beat Regigigas, and beat the capture arena. I've done all of it except there's one downloadable extra mission not available for me yet.

Yes, the Shaymin Quest is out. You can get it until April 30th over Wi-Fi.
