Try using poke assists. He is mean with his gas and pools of acid stuff but u will get him eventually. Try serebii for tips maybe

Yeah, he was a real pain in the butt..

What I did is, when he didn't shoot his poison globs at you, quickly circle him, (Like, as fast as humanly possible) and when he started shooting, only circle him, once a couple times, so your meter doesn't go down.

As soon as I got the hang of it, I could beat him anytime.

just watch his movements and keep your stylus on the screen most of the time so you'll be ready when you see a weak spot. that's what i did. and that's how i got darkrai.

get a whole group of pokeons tat has the abillity to recharge your stylus. Also try to learn about the toxicroak, like when it attacks, what attacks and when does it stop! Also try training your stylus.

This was how i got him
Keep your styler in the center. He jumps around. 2-3 times when he has half the bar after an attack and 4-5 after you filled a little. This is what you should do = When he uses his puddle, do large circles while he's jumping. when he stops, keep circling, He will stop until the puddle is gone a little. Then circle him fast. Then when he sends out his gas he will probably jump straight into it. circle him fast as that little gas is not that bad. Okay, now time to use you normal/fighting and electric pokeassist. large circle with the puddle. when he's about to unleash the gas paralyze him (it takes long to the thunder hit the ground so use it once you see the puddle is disappearing) Next use normal fighting poke assist and circle circle circle..... Then do the first strategy. You got it, probably

Ya, I just used my Super Fast-Attack Detect skillz to outwit him. EASY!!!

Use electric type assists to stop him for a few seconds and try a ground type assist to damage him even more.
