I think he wants us to create a day stage, a night stage, a boss, and a world. Here is mine.

World = SonicLand, which has all speed obstacle courses.

Day stage = Obstacle Island, where it has all kinds of super fast speed bits, faster than anything ever seen before.

Night stage = Obstacle Island = speed bits are switched off and all Gaia minions everywhere.

Boss = Dark Gaia Shark, as it bites at you and use water vapour control to drive you back and take off your health.

I think that's what he wants us to post.

Chao Kingdom

Town Stage
------------
Description: A Chao sized Town with a forest and park. Shop is overtaken by the Chao from Sonic Riders and Adventure 2.

Daytime: You can talk to Sonic Character based Chao (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy), Nuetral Chao, and Hero Chao. There is a Light Chao who is the Elder here. There's also Hero Chaos Chao somewhere....

Nightime: At night the Sonic Chao becomes a Werehog Chao, Shadow and NiGHTS Chao appear, and Dark Chao come out. Any possessed Chao will have Dark Gaia minion characterics. A Dark Chao will appear where the Hero Chao was.


Entrance Stage

A Chao garden with gates like the ones from Sonic Adventure.

Radical Race Day Acts
-one will have Sonic race against speed type Chao
-at the end of each act, Chao will dance
-in some acts, Hero Chao will follow and assist you
-Chao Walker will appear as enemies here.

Day Boss: Interceptor and Aero Chasers
Sonic will have to face the Interceptor in a final battle.

Radical Race Night Acts
-Werehog will have to collect Chao after beating Dark Gaia's Influence out of them
-Dark Chao will follow and assist you

Boss: Dark Chaos Omochao
-Giant Omochao robot filled with Dark Gaia's energy

Either that or a DLC that turns all the characters into Chao.

Caribbean Zone.

A beach stage with lots of stylish palm trees.

Huge stage with 5 main isles, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Haiti, all of them of course with fake names ala' unleashed.

You stage in PR and work your way into a beach stage, after you come to the water you use a huge palm tree to launch your self into the other stage, each part has it's own flavor, some has underground caves, some have underwater temples etc.. same length as eggmanland, lots of alternative routes.
