E-gad. Being an All-Nintendo guy, I never got the chance to play Capcom's other crossovers... I see some quotes, a couple stills, but is there any real story behind all these guys? I notice many of the fighters have different intros if they are fighting someone special, (ie, Ken/Ryu, Maki/Hamasaki, Rolento/thatoneninjachick...) but I'm really interested in the backstories of several of these characters.

Heres what i know:

Ryu and ken are best firends and training partners,so they're basically doing a special handshake thing.

Maki and Rolento were both from final fight.Except Maki was a character and rolento was one of the mindless enemies you kick the crap out of.

I didn't see that other one yet.....

heres a few others you didnt list:
Terry and geese,Bison and geese,Zangief and Eagle,Ryo and Iori,Zangief and Raiden,

Actually, Ryu is suppose to say "May the best fighter win." when he and Ken fight.

Chun-Li and Kim Kap wan have their own intro when they fight an "evil" character. Shin Akuma and Ultimate Rugal (When controlled by the computer) have a special "Boss" intro.
