Will this game have DLC? What will it be? New levels? New characters? Pizza?

I remember at the Midway boards, the producers were saying they were definitely bringing in new playable characters for it. They had two that they decided (Kung Lao or Quan Chi and Martian Manhunter, I think) and they put the other two to a poll; For MK I think it was Mileena or Reptile who won (can't be sure) and for DC it was definitely Lobo. That's what I remember anyway, it was a long time ago when they spoke of it. I just checked Wikipedia, and the developer's did infact say they would bring out DLC until the next Mortal Kombat game.

I would love to get Reptile and Kung Lao up there, but i think they should add new gameplay modes, you can only play the Arcade mode so many times...

I would love to see a continuation of certain stories, more characters, arena's, fatalities, heroic brutalities etc.

I don't know if any of you heard yet, but the DLC for this game has been cancelled. That's too bad. I was hoping for more Mortal Kombat characters and DC characters too.

That's a shame. I just started playing this game again recently and thought the DLC couldn't be too far off - I couldn't have been more wrong.

Yeah, it's too bad. This game should have had at least a few more characters for each side to begin with and I was hoping DLC would solve that.

Thanks for letting us know, though. The fact that there's no DLC coming out for the game helped me make the decision to trade the game in for store-credit.

Kan't believe the DLC got kancelled, what a shame. I actually read that the kharacters that were going to be downloadable were Quan Chi and Harley Quinn. I think this kame from Ed Boon's official Twitter so it is not a rumour.
I definitely think the game kould have done with a few different MK kharacters like Goro, Kung Lao, Johnny Cage and Reptile. | |

Harley Quinn? She would have interesting to use. But yeah, it's really too bad. This game could have used more characters too, because this game doesn't have very many characters to choose from, especially when in comparison with Mortal Kombat: Armageddon.
