Hi all, I have maxed all my stats and was working on my social links, namely Nozomi, Hidetoshi and Bunkichi. The weird thing is that after they reached level 9, I am unable to move onto the max level (i.e. 10 where they give me an item and henceforth the bond is unbreakable). Nozomi, Hidetoshi and Bunkichi are all at level 9 now, but when I look for them, it just keeps saying you spend time with so-and-so, your relationship could grow stronger soon. Does anyone know what I did wrong? Will really appreciate advice as Bunkichi has been stuck at level 9 for a few weeks! Thank you so much in advance!

This is so bizarre, I just maxed Maya's social link. I really don't understd why. I didn't do anythg extra, but somehow cld max Maya's link but not the others. It's puzzling. Not sure what it is I lack for the others.

It's normal; reaching level 10 is long, you have to hang out with the person a few times before you can level up. Try having a Persona of the corresponding arcana to help out.

Oic, but why is it so much easier for some other persons? Like for maya, I immediately went from level 9 to max but for bunkichi i have been spending quite a bit of time with them after reaching level 9 but still no success. Odd thing is I also have the matching persona for them both and had even levelled up the persona just in case. This is so odd.

Because you can only meet Maya on Sunday. The others you can meet several times a week. It's easier to level those you can hardly meet.

I'm replaying and I kind of had the same problem with Kaz. I'd reached level 9 with him but the next time I tried going to athletics club with him it just boosted our friendship. I just ignored it and accepted when he offered to go somewhere on a Sunday. Then the next day he approached me at lunchtime which always guarantees a level up. After school I reached level 10.

I'm thinking it might be something to do with responses - you get a certain number of friendship points depending on what you say at each conversation. You might have scraped up enough to hit level 9 but need some more bonuses to reach level 10.

Really? I've never had it fail to go up if they approached me at lunchtime. How long after they approached you did you go have a meeting with them?
