	The G&A forum might be the best place to go for help in turning that into a banner. If you're wanting to do it yourself then there are a few help threads in G&A specific to certain design programs that you could post in. If you're looking for someone to do one for you then there is the Graphics Requests - The Drop-In Centre thread, though make sure to read the requesting guidelines first. When you have a finished banner you need to make sure it is saved onto your computer (if you've requested it off someone then you'd need to right-click the image and choose save as or save image as). Go to an image host (such as ImageShack) and use the upload form. Click the browse button and find your image file. OK it and click upload. At the next screen you are given various URL addresses. Find the one marked as 'Direct Link to Image' (or something like that). Now go to your forum settings page. In the signature box put in the img tags ([img][/img]), then between these tags insert the URL address you got from your image host. Submit it and you're done.
