Drum Star Power |
|
The drum star power i ridiculous!!
say im on a 200 note streak, on a fast beat song, and i wanna use my star power... every time i try and hit the two cymbals either: 1)It doesnt work altoghether, i end up runing my streak, multiplier and get no star power. 2) Star Power is activated, but its near impossible to hit the 2 cymbals, then get back to the regular beat( on some songs) I think they should have come up with a better way to activate it because this way sucks. But then again maybe its just me. anyone else share this problem. -------------------

Maybe if you flicked the drum kit up that would be a good way to activate it. Think about how the drums are played and think of a better suggestion.

I know there probably isnt a better way.
I dunno, maybe have something on the floor, because i never use my left foot, so whenever i get start power, maybe a small, pedal/button, just push it and wallah! -------------------

i think their should either be a separate button that comes off the foot pedal you can operate with your left foot or a button on the bottom of the foot pedal you can quickly press with your heel

I agree with everyone saying a foot-based activation. It would be a hell of alot easier to activate.

quote G1LB3RTThat's actually a very good idea but that's still wouldn't work with the new GH Metallica what with that Expert Plus. ------------------- ![]()

Pressing select would be even harder =P
A button on the side of the bass pedal would be awesome. ------------------- ![]() Armed and Dangerous

But that would be very hard on a fast Bass track.

The amount of song in the game that have fast enough bass tracks for it to effect your gameplay is nothing compared to the amount of songs that have enough free time to hit both cymbals with sufficient time to get back into the rhythm though.

I suppose that would be a good idea in World Tour as you have your left foot free. In metallica you may not. Although saying that in there is no songs that is double bass the whole way through so I suppose it's a better idea that the cymabals.
